Paula was born and raised in a Christian family in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Paula did her confession of Faith in 1963 at a Baptist Church in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. At a very young age, God called Paula to preach the Gospel. She became a very active servant of the Lord deeply involved in ministry. Then, Paula moved to United States and married Jean Alfred .This union received the blessing of God with two children. Paula joined the Church of the Nazarene in 1998 as a member.
Paula completed her ministerial studies at the Reynolds Institute (Haitian Extension) Paula received also various certificates in theology and in other related field. She attended in 1998 the Bible College at Berean University. In 2011 Business Administration at Ashford University Online. In 2013 she graduated in Christian Life Coaching at Light University Online.
In February 2000, Paula and her family, along with 18 other people started the Belmont Haitian Church of the Nazarene in Belmont Massachusetts. For the past 14 years she has pastored this congregation under the power of Holy Spirit. Paula is gifted to preach and to teach the word of God. As a servant of the Lord, she is committed to help others with all the gifts she received from the Holy Spirit.
